重要：本應用程式提供的是考試預備材料，並非法律意見。
所有題目、解釋及法例引述均為協助考生應付考試而編寫。在實際執業或處理個別個案時，應以官方法例文本、地產代理監管局的最新指引，以及合資格專業人士的意見為準。我們不會就任何人依賴本應用程式內容而作出的決定承擔責任。
1. 接受條款
你下載、安裝或使用「一Take過」流動應用程式（下稱「本應用程式」），即表示同意本條款。本應用程式由其營運者（下稱「我們」）提供；營運者的身分載於 App Store 上架資料，並可透過本條款第 11 節所載的電郵地址聯絡。如你不同意本條款，請停止使用並刪除本應用程式。
2. 服務內容
本應用程式為香港地產代理資格考試（EAQE）及營業員資格考試（SQE）提供練習題庫、模擬試卷、錯題本、成績分析及溫習速記表。
我們致力確保內容準確，所有已發布的題目均附有法例出處，並會因應法例更新而修訂。惟我們不保證內容絕對無誤或完全符合最新法例，亦不保證使用本應用程式即可通過考試。
3. 免費內容與通行證
本應用程式的部分內容可免費使用；使用完整內容則須購買限期通行證。

重要事項
- 一次性付款，不會自動續期。通行證並非自動訂閱，到期後不會自動扣款，亦無須辦理取消手續。
- 續期規則：重考續期只可於通行證到期前，或到期後 6 個月內購買。於未到期時購買，新期限將疊加於原有期限之上。
- 轉換考試類別為單向：持有 EAQE 通行證者可自由在 EAQE 與 SQE 之間切換；持有 SQE 通行證者不可轉換至 EAQE，須另行以原價購買 EAQE 通行證（並無提供升級或補差價產品）。
- 到期後：付費內容將重新鎖定，但你的答題紀錄、錯題本及分析資料會全部保留，並於續期後即時恢復。
- 刪除帳戶將導致未到期的通行證一併失效，恕不退款，亦無法轉移至新帳戶。
4. 付款及退款
所有購買均透過 Apple App Store 進行。我們不會處理，亦不會接收你的付款方式資料。
退款由 Apple 按其政策處理，並非由我們決定。如需申請退款，請直接向 Apple 提出（reportaproblem.apple.com）。
5. 帳戶
你可在不開設帳戶的情況下使用本應用程式，但購買通行證必須登入，以便你在更換裝置或重新安裝時能夠恢復購買。你有責任妥善保管你的登入方式。你可隨時在應用程式內選擇「我的 → 刪除帳戶」永久刪除帳戶。
6. 知識產權及使用限制
本應用程式內所有題目、解釋、速記表、介面設計及編排均為我們的財產，並受版權保護。你可為個人備試用途使用有關內容。
你不得複製、以截圖形式散布、轉載、出售、出租，或以任何方式將本應用程式的內容用於商業用途（包括但不限於開辦課程、製作教材或轉售）；亦不得使用自動化工具大量擷取內容。
7. 可接受使用
你同意不會嘗試繞過付費限制、干擾服務運作、進行逆向工程，或以任何方式損害其他用戶的使用體驗。如你嚴重違反本條款，我們保留暫停或終止你帳戶的權利。
8. 責任限制
本應用程式按「現狀」提供。在法律容許的最大範圍內，我們不會就下列情況承擔責任：考試不合格、因內容錯誤或過時而引致的損失、資料遺失、服務中斷，或任何間接、附帶或後果性損失。
在任何情況下，我們的責任總額以你於過去 12 個月內就本應用程式實際支付的款項為上限。
本條款並不排除或限制任何依法不可排除的責任。
9. 條款修改
我們可能會不時修改本條款。重大修改將於本頁更新生效日期，並在應用程式內通知。修改生效後繼續使用本應用程式，即表示接受經修訂的條款。
10. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並依其詮釋。任何相關爭議受香港法院非專屬管轄。

Questions, explanations and statutory citations are written to help candidates pass an examination. For actual practice or any specific matter, rely on the official legislation, the latest EAA guidance, and a qualified professional. We accept no responsibility for decisions made in reliance on the app's content.
Service
The app provides practice questions, mock papers, a wrong-answer notebook, analytics and cheat sheets for the Hong Kong Estate Agency Qualifying Examination (EAQE) and Salesperson Qualifying Examination (SQE). We work hard on accuracy — every published question carries a statutory reference — but we do not warrant that the content is error-free or fully current, and we do not guarantee that you will pass.
Passes
Part of the app is free. Full access requires a time-limited pass: SQE 3-month HK$228, EAQE 3-month HK$288, retake renewal HK$88 for a further 3 months.
- One-time payment, no auto-renewal. Passes are not subscriptions; nothing is charged at expiry and there is nothing to cancel.
- Renewals may be purchased before expiry, or within 6 months after; buying early stacks onto the existing period.
- Track switching is one-way. An EAQE pass covers both tracks. An SQE pass can never be switched to EAQE — EAQE requires a separate purchase at full price, with no upgrade product.
- On expiry, paid content locks, but your attempt history, notebook and analytics are retained and reactivate on renewal.
- Deleting your account forfeits any unexpired pass, without refund and without transfer.
Payment and refunds
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Accounts
The app is usable without an account, but purchasing requires one so that the pass can be restored on a new device. You may permanently delete your account in-app at any time.
Intellectual property
All questions, explanations, cheat sheets and design are our property and protected by copyright. Personal examination-preparation use is permitted. You may not copy, redistribute, share by screenshot, resell, rent, or use the content commercially (including for teaching materials or courses), nor scrape it by automated means.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for examination failure, losses arising from erroneous or outdated content, data loss, service interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the app in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
